A spectacular Italian-themed party to support Amigos

On Sunday, June 22, Endre and Susan Pataky hosted a party for some 80 guests at their beautiful Hotel Terra Vista overlooking the city of Guanajuato.  Having just returned from Italy, they chose Italian cuisine as the culinary theme. Aperol spritzers and Montepulciano wines accompanied a huge buffet of delicious appetizers, vegetarian and nonvegetarian main dishes, salads, and desserts.

The funds raised by the party will pay for ingredients used in a wide variety of delicious holiday foods that Amigos will sell at our Holiday Market in early December.  Susan Pataky, a professional chef, will oversee the preparation of the food and be assisted by numerous volunteers.
